Hotel Posada Del Valle is a small, quiet country hotel with a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Surrounded by its own 18 acre organic farm, it is a perfect place to relax. The hotel restaurant serves excellent imaginative home cooking, with an emphasis on the use of local and organic produce. Breakfast €8. Evening Meal €22. Vegetarian option. We have a small allotment to help provide fresh organic vegetables. At certain times of the year we serve organic 'Xaldo' lamb, produced on the farm. Situated in privileged surroundings, the hotel is close to the Picos de Europa and other Asturian mountains as well as the beaches of eastern Asturias. There is superb walking in the region, wild flowers, bird-watching, and many other activities.
