Pastoral Valley is part of a wider eco-project based in Yaniklar called Pastoral Life, which aims to encourage an organic lifestyle for all residents and visitors. Pastoral Valley is a 10 acre organic farm lying in a beautiful valley next to a river, where much of the produce for our kitchen is grown. Ingredients not produced on the farm are sourced from other local organic growers. All our food is prepared and cooked by traditional methods. Our buildings are based on eco-design principles and constructed of stone, mud-brick or wood. We offer workshops in organic farming, kilim making, pottery and simple wood carving. You can also enjoy the beach at Yonca Lodge, our Pastoral Life partner.
