The farm has been in our family for generations. We cultivate cereals, vines and olives. Bees gather nectar from thousands of flowers in our mixed meadows and woodland. Everything is grown in accordance with the strictest principles of organic farming. We produce an organic extra virgin olive oil, Lavandula officinalis, lavender honey, wine, fruits, etc. We have a small plantation in a strip of woodland along the edge of the farm, where for example we grow dog rose for the rose hip fruits, which are rich in Vitamin C and a traditional rural cold cure. Guests can participate in the harvests if they want to, or just relax and take a stroll through the hills and olive groves that give the landscape its ethereal silvery lustre.
