Set in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, our hilltop position offers stunning views over the hills and valleys stretching into neighbouring Tuscany. We do everything possible to minimise the environmental impact of La Cuccagna and observe sustainable practices wherever possible. We work with small local businesses and tradesmen, carefully selected local materials, natural based products rather than chemicals, and natural pigments from the local area. When catering we use homegrown produce whenever possible. We grow herbs, fruit and vegetables and we make all our own passata, wine, limoncello, olive oil, chestnut products and plenty more. As a registered organic farm all our produce is free range and organic.
