We have been running our vegetarian organic guesthouse near the village of Rosieres in the Auvergne for more than twenty five years. We focus on good and healthy food, and on people who like to spend relaxing holidays in one of the most authentic regions in France. Sometimes it can be difficult to find good vegetarian food in France and also English speaking hosts, but that's no problem here at La Garnasette. We can organise stays for walkers looking for organically grown vegetarian or vegan food. If you like to visit local farms, we can help you discover them and their products. We offer varied meals as well as the regional Auvergne kitchen with the famous Le Puy lentils. The delicious French cheeses are always present on our table.
