Palazzetto Ardi is a beautifully restored 17th century farm complex with three hectares of organic market garden, orchard and vineyard along with a large area for rearing farmyard animals. The farm is located in the Veneto countryside between Verona and Vicenza. Meals offer everything that is in season on the farm each day. Rich yet light dishes, real flavours, refined combinations - dandelion risotto, tagliatelle and peas, eggs and asparagus, capon salad with herbs and flowers, duck with sweet fruit pickles. Washed down, of course, with our own wine and accompanied with homemade bread made with organic flour and cooked in a wood fired oven. Guests can buy our farm products and other organic produce from the farm shop.
