Wild Honey Inn is Ireland's only Michelin Star pub, located in the heart of the Burren National GeoPark. Open from March to October, it's the perfect base to explore the Burren region and the Aran Islands. Wild Honey Inn is a modern Irish dining pub and country inn, combining light classical cooking with the style and warmth of a traditional country inn. The idea was to create a place that felt like home - somewhere with atmosphere, warmth, good company and great food. Almost all the ingredients we use are either wild from the sea or organically produced on land, local where possible. Ireland has a wonderful natural larder - and this wild food from land and sea dictates the ever changing daily menu in our Michelin starred dining pub.
