Our converted horse truck has been refurbished using reclaimed materials. With great views of the Mourne Mountains, it's tucked away on a corner of our off grid smallholding - farmed using permaculture and organic principles.There's a well equipped kitchen and dining area, lobby, shower room, snug with a wood burning stove and a box bed. The kitchen dining room has a full size gas cooker and plenty of storage. Hot water is provided by a combination of woodstove and gas heater, which also heat the shower. There is low voltage lighting and a phone charger, but no mains electricity. Your own herb garden, an outside composting loo, and solar power are all part of the off grid experience. Outside there's a deck area with seating and a chiminea.
