Our huts are built on reclaimed touring caravan chassis, using reclaimed and recycled materials wherever possible. They are sited on Quarry Farm in the tiny village of Bodiam. The fuel for the outside fire pits and the woodburners housed within the huts is sourced from our own orchards and sustainable local woods. In front of your hut the River Rother meanders quietly through the valley, flanked on either side by open farmland. The unpolluted waters, which guests are free to fish, offer a perfect habitat for all sorts of flora, fauna and wildlife. There are seasonal opportunities to forage around the farm. Our onsite activity centre offers bush craft, archery, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. Sedlescombe Organic Vineyard is within walking distance.
