Set on the slopes of a big valley 200m above sea level, Casa Migliaca is in a hilly region and overlooks the Tyrrhenian sea, where the Tusa River flows. It has always belonged to the Allegra family and they have completely refurbished this 19th century building and transformed the rooms into small works of art. There are two apartments [two communicating rooms and four beds] and four double rooms. Teresa is a very good cook, and the traditional cuisine is based on fresh ingredients mostly produced within the farm itself. She is always available to reveal the secrets of her recipes to her guests. The house is surrounded by a 12 hectare active farm, of which two thirds are cultivated by the biodynamic method of Dr Rudolph Steiner.
