A 'green' hotel that follows the philosophy of agrotourism whilst maintaining a high standard of services. It extends on a slope of 12 acres of organic cultivations. The Macedonian architecture hotel, constructed by local craftsmen with natural materials, consists of seven apartments and five houses dotting the hill. The hotel’s restaurant offers mountain, classical and creative Greek cuisine using organic ingredients from the farm or selected local producers. Meat is exclusively organic. Menus change day by day depending on availability of fresh, seasonal products. The hotel is situated in a location of unspoilt beauty - the undiscovered side of Western Olympus, easily accessible by those who want to explore the mainland.
