Built in the XVI century, the Masseria Torre Coccaro is now a 5 star deluxe resort. The land around the masseria is full of ancient olive trees [extra virgin olive oil is produced and bottled on the farm] and an orchard [apple jams, stewed quinces]. Taste genuine and fresh vegetables and dairy products. We produce our own vegetables, although when not in season we use vegetables from the local market. We make our own salami, capocollo and pancetta. We don't use pesticides and fertilizers on our 5 hectares of land but we’re not a certified biological farm. Wonderful long sandy beach with restaurant, fresh local fish, spa on the beach, water sports, beach volley, 9 hole golf course onsite, yoga, pilates. cooking school, wine tasting.
