Fiorano is an 18th century farmhouse overlooking a large estate of organic vineyards and olive groves. The apartment has a bower with a table, some chairs and deckchairs, and here it is possible to eat or relax. The farm produces very special organic wines, and in the Fiorano winery it is possible to organise tasting of the estate’s products such as wines and olive oil. It is also possible to organise traditional cooking courses, and meetings and courses on biological agriculture. Fiorano has the Ecolabel from Legambiente Turismo thanks to its restructure in biobuilding, systems for energy and water saving, reduction in the production of waste, and recycling of refuse. The charming tiny medieval hilltop town of Cossignano is just 2km away.
